The maximum embroidery area on the front of a standard 6-panel cap is 11 cm (W) × 5 cm (H).
Branding can also be embroidered on either side and the back of the cap, subject to the available embroidery area. The maximum design width for these positions is approximately 9 cm.
We offer collection and delivery services within the Cape Town area through our trusted courier partners.
We also offer reliable nationwide delivery throughout South Africa.
Cape Town: From R125.00 (excl. VAT) per trip (based on a parcel up to 2 kg).
Larger or heavier consignments will be quoted separately.
Once production has commenced, orders cannot be amended or cancelled.
As branded items are custom-made, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product is defective or incorrect due to our error.
Unbranded goods may be returned within 7 days of the invoice date, provided they are in their original condition. A 5% handling fee will apply.
While every effort is made to match thread colours accurately, slight colour variations may occur between production batches due to differences in dye lots.
Samples can be supplied and branded on request. Please note that all new artwork is subject to a once-off digitising/setup fee.
All quotations are valid for 7 days.

Standard garment pricing applies to Small to Large sizes.
Additional charges apply for larger sizes:
– XL & 2XL: +10%
– 3XL: +15%
– 4XL: +20%
– 5XL: +25%
Alterations such as pocket removal, resizing, or other garment modifications are quoted separately.
Orders are processed on a Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.) basis unless otherwise agreed.
A 70% deposit is required before production can commence, with the balance payable prior to collection or delivery.
Our experienced in-house artwork department can assist with preparing and optimising your artwork for embroidery.
Accepted File Formats
For the best embroidery results, we recommend supplying artwork in one of the following formats:
– Adobe Illustrator (.AI)
– CorelDRAW (.CDR)
– PDF
High-resolution JPEG (minimum 300 dpi)
Please note that PC-compatible files are preferred.
All new embroidery designs require a once-off digitising process to convert artwork into an embroidery file.
Digitising charges typically range from R20.00 for simple text to approximately R300.00 for detailed or appliqué designs. As every logo is unique, a quotation will be provided based on the complexity of the artwork.
Our standard embroidery production time is 4–6 working days from approval of artwork and receipt of the required deposit. Larger orders or peak production periods may require additional lead time.
While every effort is made to ensure that our price lists, catalogues, and product information are accurate, specifications and pricing may change without prior notice.
Please allow for a production variance of up to 2% on bulk orders. Every effort is made to keep this variance to an absolute minimum.
